Lodging in Oxfordshire
We have reserved room blocks at three hotels in Oxfordshire. One is very close to our venue, and might be ideal for guests who wish to make a quick trip for the day of the wedding or need to leave the wedding early. The other two are in Oxford city center, which is accessible to local tourist attractions, restaurants, and transportation from central London and Heathrow.
Courtyard MarRiott Oxford City Centre
This hotel is in Oxford city center, walking distance from tourist attractions and plentiful transportation. It is a standard Courtyard Marriott, centrally located within Oxford’s bustling historic area.
Block room rates are between £309 and £324 per night and are available until 2 May 2024. Please note reservations are only cancellable/refundable through 30 May 2024.
Accessible from Heathrow via bus to St. Aldates station and London Paddington Station via train to Oxford Station.
Shuttles will be provided from this hotel for wedding events. Travel time from this hotel to Ardington House is approximately 40 minutes.
Malmaison Hotel Oxford
This hotel is in Oxford city center, walking distance from tourist attractions and plentiful transportation. It is a quirky but captivating converted former prison, now offering luxury rooms and amenities, a hotel bar and grille, and room service.
Block room rates are £295 – £311 for Friday, 28 June and and £335 – £351 for Saturday, 29 June. Our block code is 2806ABW. You can arrange additional days with the hotel if you wish. The block is available until Thursday, May 16th. Please note reservations are only cancellable/refundable until 72 hours prior to arrival.

Courtyard MarRiott Oxford South
This is the closest hotel to the venue and the welcome party. It is a standard Courtyard Marriott with a restaurant, bar, and fitness center.
Block room rates are between £115 and £150 per night and are available until Saturday, May 4th. Please note reservations are only cancellable/refundable through May 31st.
Accessible from London Paddington Station via train, stopping at Didcot Station. The hotel is a short taxi journey from the station.
Shuttles will be provided from this hotel for wedding events. Travel time from this hotel to Ardington House is approximately 10 minutes.

Just 2 miles outside of Oxford city centre, this picturesque four-star hotel occupies three buildings, two of which are 19th century manor houses bursting with character. For guests looking to stay a bit off the beaten path, this riverside hotel features a spa and leisure club, 30 acres of gardens, restaurant, bar, and even onsite honeybees! This hotel is a 13 minute taxi to the wedding shuttle pickup location at Malmaison Oxford, or guests can pre-book a 26 minute taxi straight to and from Ardington House.
